Thank you for responding to my request for more information so quickly. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that responds to customer inquiries in such a timely manner. The price you quoted for a new ultrasonic cleaner was very competitive and we will be moving forward with a purchase as soon as construction of our new anodizing building is complete.

I also wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the ultrasonic cleaner we have now. We purchased the unit from you four years ago and it is still performing flawlessly. Because your machine does such a great job, we are better able to manufacture great products for our customers. We use the ultrasonic cleaner to remove polishing compound from Aluminum parts before they get anodized, and your machine does that very well.
