Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
Soap and supplies are shipped via FedEx, and shipping costs are charged to the customer, except in cases of warranty coverage or special promotions that include shipping. At the customer’s request, we can use their FedEx account to cover shipping. Equipment is shipped via LTL with a carrier of our choice, with shipping costs charged to the customer except with special promotions that include shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns may be accepted only if the product is unused, in the original packaging, and we have been notified within 7 calendar days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued after we have inspected the merchandise for damage, either as a credit on the original method of payment or as a credit on the customer’s bill. Cancellations
